What is our refund policy?

We have three main products: KPI Dashboard, KPI Project and KPI Benchmark. For KPI Dashboard and KPI Project we offer a 30 day free trial. For KPI Benchmark we do not offer a trial period.

 

KPI Dashboard & KPI Project

We offer a free 30-day trial on new paying accounts for KPI Dashboard and KPI Project. Your first charge will come 30 days after you originally sign up. If you cancel before this first charge, you won’t be billed at all.

If you cancel after you are billed on day 30, no refund will be issued and you will be charged for the rest of that month. For example, if you are billed on the 18th of every month and you cancel on September 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the entire current month (September 18 – October 18 in this case). You won’t be charged again after that.

You are responsible for canceling your account. You can cancel your account from within the application: Simply login -> go to account settings and cancel your subscription.

You can not cancel via email or support request since we have no way of verifying your identity that way and protect our customers from cancellations by third parties.

It does not matter if you have used the system intensively or not during the first 30 days. If you keep your account open after 30 days your credit card will be charged.

Here are the reasons why we do not refund:

  1. At sign up you agreed to our terms: The free period is 30 days and we charge you after 30 days.
  2. You are responsible for keeping your account open past 30 days.
  3. Canceling only takes 1 minute. If you know how to sign up, you know how to cancel.
  4. We occur hosting, support and maintenance costs while your account is open.

You are responsible for whatever charges have been incurred. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

 

KPI Benchmark

We do not offer trial subscriptions for KPI Benchmark. You sign up for a year, and the subscription will automatically renewed if not cancelled. We will sent an email prior to the end of the subscription period, so you can decide to cancel. If you do not cancel you will be charged. If you cancel before the end of the subscription period, you will remain to have access to KPI Benchmark until the end of the subscription period. We do not refund for any remaining subscription time after cancellation.
